Eat More Protein
Natural ways to increase serotonin, dopamine and testosterone.

Eat more protein; natural ways to increase
serotonin, dopamine
and testosterone.
Ever wonder why folks are eating a strictly carnivorous diet?
How can anyone survive eating only meat?
But how have the Eskimo existed for over 6000 years?
How many fruits and veggies did the average Eskimo consume annually?
Factually, none.
Our meat centered diet fads are staples of ancient fare.
Like the mighty Buffalo to the Souix, meat is our ancient health food.
Protein amino acids found naturally in meat help regulate mood and concentration by increasing serotonin and dopamine levels.
Testosterone boosting vitamins like B12, zinc, magnesium and vitamin D are readily available in meat.
For example:
¼ lb of cooked beef provides:
+ 107% vitamin B12
+ 77% Zinc
+ 53% Selenium
+ 41% Niacin
+ 19% Iron
+ 16% Phosphorus
+ 15% Vitamin B6
+ 6% Magnesium
+ 6% Potassium
+ 350 mg Creatine ( 3-5 grams = optimum creatine levels)
+ 77 mg Taurine (Red Bull has 1000mg taurine)
+ Glutathione (keeps you looking/feeling young)
+ L-carnitine (a molecular dump truck that brings energy to burn & removes the toxic byproducts of consuming that energy)
Beef=Happy Energy
T-bone, Eye of Round, ground, (beef is expensive, however) beef generally maintains its nutrients regardless of cut.
Eat what you can afford.
Liver is historically a source of power in folklore.
Beef liver is an excellent source of pumped up energy producing nutrition and is budget friendly.
Cook how it’s easiest for you.
A fun way to cook a slab of marbled health is outside, over coals, in a cast iron skillet.
Avoid cooking meat in a microwave, Microwaves degrade nutritional content.

Outside? Fire, start one. Make it a bit larger than you think.
You need a good bed of hot coals.
Relax by it. The crackling and sizzling are soothing.
Season your steaks. Traditional seasoning is salt and pepper.
Make fire hot enough to provide warmth 3’ from it. (To hot to stand next to fire.)
Let the fire turn to coals. Wait for the coals to whiten up. Keep the coals piled together.
Nestle the cast iron pan into coals. Let it heat up.
Add butter. As the pad of butter melts, it should start sizzling. If the pan is sizzling hot, slap on the steaks

Give your steaks some attention while cooking, they’ll be done in 4-10 min (2-5 min per side).
You can cover the pan if you wish or if you don’t mind a few flakes of ash you can leave it open. (It’s easier to cook the first few times w/out a lid, you’ll get the hang of it.)
When done to preference, pull skillet from coals and put meat on a cutting board, pan or plate.
Divy up, bon appetite.
